Manufacturer’s Warranty and Policy

All parts come with the manufacturer’s warranty. That warranty generally states that if a part has a manufacture defect, it will either be replaced or monies refunded by the factory. This is at the factory’s discretion. No freight charges are refunded by the factory. PartsDIRECT is not responsible for refunding freight charges.

Factory warranties can take up to 60 days. This allows time for the factory to test the part. The factory will not replace a part while the warranty part is being tested. If you need another part before the test is completed, you must purchase the part again. If the warranty part is returned and was determined not to be a factory defect, the part will be mailed back to you plus freight charges.
