We ship UPS, FedEx and US Mail (USPS). We can deliver a part anywhere in the world with our shipping system.
Tracking numbers are attached to invoices that are sent by email for UPS and FedEx. You may call us if you need a tracking number otherwise. We can provide immediate information on the tracking status of your shipment. Enter your tracking number here: www.ups.com for UPS or www.fedex.com for FedEx.
USPS (snail mail) is available. Please consider these issues if you chose this method:
- We cannot guarantee delivery or reimburse you for any lost shipments.
- If there is a damage claim, we will file all the appropriate documents with USPS, however, if the claim is denied then you are responsible for the payment.
- We take exceptional care in packaging our shipments. Damage usually happens at time of International inspection. This we have no control over.
- There is an up charge by the post office for large packages (over 9 x 9 x 12 inches). If this applies to your order it will be added to your invoice.
